AAI’s NOCAS system has since confirmed that NOC applications for height beyond 55.10 m AMSL, up to 150 m above aerodrome elevation, are being processed for Navi Mumbai International Airport. In other words, the restriction isn’t a temporary planning-phase rule; it’s now the live threshold developers need to check against.
